Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Takhti Grow app ("the app") made by HomiLabs Solutions SMC Pvt Ltd ("HomiLabs", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who can use the app
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
2. Educational content, not medical advice
Takhti Grow shares educational content about learning and habits. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have concerns about your health, speak to a qualified professional.
3. Pilot
This is a pilot with a small number of lessons. Features may change, and lessons may be added, edited or removed. We may end the pilot; if we do, we will tell you in the app and you can still delete your account.
4. Content
Lesson text, titles and video clips come from Takhti Online and are used with its permission. Videos are played through YouTube and remain subject to YouTube's terms. You may use the content for your own learning, but not copy, republish or sell it.
5. What you write
Your reflections and feedback stay yours. You let us store them to provide the app, and to read feedback so we can improve it. Do not use the app to store anything unlawful.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or its servers, or access other people's data.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, HomiLabs is not liable for indirect losses arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
